Live life to the fullest in your own way

According to a person who was involved in end-of-life care in the United States for many years, most people die with regrets, saying, “I should have lived more like myself.” When they face the end of their lives, they realize that they should have lived as they were, not as others wanted them to.

Many people, not limited to those facing death, may end up being neither good nor bad as a result of suppressing their emotions in order to get along in the world, and live with the regret that they should have had the courage to express their feelings more in the past.

Even if there is reincarnation, “the moment you are living now” comes only once. In order to understand what you should do to live your life in your own way in order not to regret when you die, you must first listen sincerely to your own heart’s voice.
